The MyHistamate site is operated by SC REILIN TREE SRL, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2014001104232, tax identification number RO31699074, with its registered office at Intrarea Mărgăritarului no. 2, ground floor, room 1, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania. 2. What the site offers
MyHistamate is a site of informational content and community about life with histamine intolerance (HIT). Right now, we offer you:
- blog articles, written from personal experience;
- PDF guides you can download for free (in exchange for an email address);
- a newsletter and a waiting list for an upcoming app.
In the future, we will launch a mobile app, partly paid. The app's commercial terms (price, subscription, payment, refunds) will be set out separately at launch — see section 8.
3. Medical disclaimer (important)
MyHistamate does not provide medical advice. All content on the site (articles, guides, materials) reflects the author's personal experience and is purely informational and educational. It is not a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis or treatment provided by a doctor or other qualified professional.
Do not act on, or stop, any treatment based on the information on this site without first consulting your doctor. For any health concern, speak to a specialist. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the content here.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, articles, guides, logo, design, images) belongs to MyHistamate or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright law. You may read it and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use the content commercially, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You are welcome to share links to articles.
5. Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers or other users' data;
- introduce viruses or malicious code, or place excessive strain on the infrastructure;
- use the forms for spam or false data.
6. Newsletter, guides and lists
When you leave an email address, you agree to receive the related communications (the resource you requested, the newsletter or app news). You can unsubscribe at any time, via the link in every email. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. You access them at your own risk.
8. The paid app (coming soon)
We will launch a mobile app with free features and paid features. At launch, we will publish additional terms that will govern, among other things: prices and currency, the payment method, subscriptions and renewal, the right of withdrawal and the refund policy, as well as the specific conditions of the app stores (App Store / Google Play). These additional terms will supplement this document.
9. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the site, or from reliance on the informational content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
10. Availability of the site
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the site at any time, without prior notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with the date of the last update, will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably; failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
