In short: MyHistamate — the journal and guide app for living with histamine intolerance — has officially entered testing. The waitlist stays open: whoever signs up gets a place in the next testing waves, or access from day one at launch.

What MyHistamate does

It's the app I wish I'd had at the start of my own road with histamine intolerance:

  • a daily journal that's actually quick to fill in — meals, symptoms, sleep, stress, in two minutes — shaped around your own case;
  • foods with a histamine score based on the SIGHI list, which you adjust with your own tolerances;
  • an assistant you can write to, which answers based on your journal, not in general terms;
  • scan the menu at a restaurant and find out what's safe for you — plus what to ask the kitchen;
  • guided reintroductions, step by step, so you can widen your list safely.

How the testing works

Invitations go out in the order people join the waitlist, in waves. Every tester gets 30 days of full access, free, no card — and a single "task": use the app normally and tell us honestly what works and what doesn't, straight from the feedback button inside the app.

The account you create during testing stays yours after the official launch — the app simply updates, and your journal isn't lost.

MyHistamate is on the App Store and Google Play

The app has come out of testing and can be installed from the App Store and Google Play.

The first seven days are free and complete, with no card.
